Booking, Pricing, and Termination
B-ONE Luxury Limousine provides transparent Rates and Pricing. All base estimates are subject to adjustments for airport fees, tolls, and fuel surcharges. We accept major Credit Cards, Zelle, and secure Digital Payments. Our Cancellation Policy requires notification at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup; cancellations within this window incur a full fare charge. Our No-Show Policy dictates that if a passenger is not at the designated location within the grace period (15 minutes for standard, 60 minutes for airports), the full trip amount plus gratuity will be billed. Safety and Conduct Policies
We uphold a strict Zero-Tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy for all employees to ensure the highest safety standards across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Any chauffeur found in violation faces immediate permanent termination. Regarding our Passenger Conduct Policy, we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a trip without refund if a client exhibits abusive, illegal, or dangerous behavior. This includes smoking in vehicles or excessive intoxication that threatens the chauffeur's focus. Our priority is a secure and professional environment for both our drivers and our valued passengers.
